Brittany joined the firm in 2018 and focuses her practice in the areas of wills and trusts, probate, and estate tax planning, as well as charitable planning and giving, legacy planning, and business entity formation and maintenance. Brittany is one of only 12 actively practicing lawyers in Texas who also holds a CFP® designation.
Before joining Schultz and Kellar, PLLC she worked in wealth management, handling financial, estate, and business planning for ultra-high-net-worth clients. She helped her clients reduce their tax burden and plan for education, charitable giving, and wealth transfer and preservation.
Brittany derives great personal satisfaction from helping people meet their personal and financial goals and plan their financial legacy. She particularly enjoys being able to provide her clients with holistic guidance and proactive advice so they can avoid problems before they become crises. She works with her clients to understand their unique perspectives, and develops creative solutions to help them meet their goals.
