Associate Attorney Erin Healey grew up Plano, Texas and acquired an early interest in law as part of the middle school mock trial team.  She graduated from University of Texas at Dallas in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Government & Politics and earned her J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.  She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November 2003.

Erin began her career as a prosecutor for the Denton County Criminal District Attorney, where she worked in both the trial and appellate divisions.  She also worked for several years as a prosecutor for the Dallas County Criminal District Attorney before operating as a sole practitioner in the areas of criminal, appeals, probate, and family law.  After a brief career break to focus on family, she returned to practice and decided to focus on family law exclusively.  Erin is committed to helping people navigate the intricacies of the family court system and empowering clients by educating them about their options and guiding them to sound legal decisions.  

Outside of the office, Erin enjoys kickboxing, writing and horses.  A former professional equestrian and lifetime lover of horses, Erin remains connected to the North Texas horse community as well as being active in two local bar associations.
