Lance Mitchell’s practice focuses primarily on estate planning, probate administration, and business formation. He routinely prepares trusts, wills, powers of attorney, HIPAA releases, directives to physician, and many other ancillary estate documents.

Lance received his law degree from South Texas College of Law. While there, he participated in the Estate Planning Clinic, received the Best Brief award in the Spurgeon Bell Memorial Moot Court Competition, and received the CALI award for the highest grade in Administration of Estates.

Prior to law school, Lance graduated from Sam Houston State University, where he received the Excellence in Writing award, named a member of the President’s List and Dean’s List, and served as President of the Men’s Lacrosse Team.

In his spare time, Lance enjoys spending time with his wife, his two young daughters, and his baby boy.
