Lissette Moreno is from Plano, Texas. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Lissette earned a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2018. She graduated with honors and was named a member of the Dean's List.  Lissette went on to attend Texas Tech University School of Law, where she developed a passion for estate planning and family law. While in law school, Lissette was a student attorney in the Civil Practice Clinic, where she assisted low-income clients in a variety of estate planning related matter and divorces. She also served as the Pro Bono chair of the Hispanic Law Student's Association. Lissette was also a volunteer as a Court Appointed Special Advocate of the South Plains where she advocated for the best interest of children in the foster care system.

In her spare time, Lissette enjoys traveling, tennis, and spending time with her family.
